18 months out, you should ideally be touring venues and meeting with these key wedding vendors. By 12-15 months out, plan to have these vendors booked. Following those vendors, we recommend nailing down your officiant, catering, DJ, florist, cake, and makeup/hair team.Things you can save for 6-8 months out are typically rentals, bar, decor, linens, invitations, dress, bridesmaid dresses, and tux rentals.How do you decide priority? What matters most to you, followed by demand in that industry. For some, that may mean booking the church and pastor first and then following this list.
