She answered “I love the connectivity that happens at our retreat space at the Summit, I love the action and energy at the 07 Complex, and I love seeing the think tanks and people being invested into at our meeting space, and people creating life long memories in our event areas. So collectively it’s my favorite space.”

Our events team crafted a festive holiday getaway for the Ambassador Enterprises staff last week! Embracing a Fred & Ginger theme, the main event featured Friday's cocktail and hors d'oeuvres, followed by ballroom dance lessons. Saturday kicked off with breakfast, and the ladies enjoyed a day of pampering with hair & makeup. The evening showcased cocktail hours, dinner, and dancing. Sunday began with breakfast and a church service featuring a special performance from their CEO!
Staying at the Carmichael hotel, guests had the option to explore the Christkindl market and other attractions in the area. From the hotel décor to the Ritz, we infused the Fred & Ginger theme with touches of Christmas cheer throughout the weekend! 🎄

It’s Meet the Team Monday! On the first Monday of each month we are going to take the time to highlight a member of our Events Team! This month is dedicated to Amanda! Amanda is our Manager of Events & Venues! Q: What’s your favorite part of working for Events at The Summit? A: My favorite part about working at The Summit is being able to lead a team. I have worked in the events world for so long that I love being able to pass my knowledge and expertise on to my team members that are new to the industry. Q: How long have you worked for Events at The Summit? (How often will this answer be updated? Most of us haven’t even been around a year.) A: 4 months but have been in the event world since 2011 Q: If you had to eat a meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? A: Pasta, garlic bread, and a salad from @casarestaurants 🥗🍝🥖 Q: What’s your favorite space on our campus and why? A: The labs and breakout rooms are my favorite spaces on our campus. When I am working on a bigger project, I like to write everything out so I can step back and look at it. The dry erase windows in these spaces make so easy to do that.
