Put each item for each table in a storage bin, make a list of all items that are included, photos if you can, label the outside of the bin with what table number or description for the table!

Now anyone can help set up and decorate! You also can carry one bin to the table knock it out and keep going! Love this idea!

💎 This is me, Thursday 💎

For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Shantel Nicole and I am the owner/founder of In 2 the Night Events!

I am born and raised in Fort Wayne, IN. I started dreaming of planning events and my own Wedding since I first watched the movie Father of the Bride at a young age! Growing up I was very artistic, I took dance lessons for 15+ years and it was my absolute passion in life. As I got older planning any and all events became my new artistic passion! I would help friends and family with their events over the years and grew an even bigger love for all things party!

I have been working in the Finance industry since 2012 where I have maintained many management roles over the years. This work has been great but it doesn’t completely fulfill me.

My business is a safe place, no disrespectful behavior will be tolerated. I am not only LGBTQ+ friendly, I am apart of the community myself.

In 2021 I met the love of my life Paige! Little did I know my biggest dream was going to come true… In November & December we got engaged!! Ah! I am planning my own wedding! I am soaking up every second of it! We are planning our wedding for 2024.

As all of the wedding planning has begun I realized even more that my passion for event planning continues to increase. I hope to one day have my own event/wedding empire! I hope that planning everyone’s milestone event will become my full time job!

A few fun facts about me: I am obsessed with the little mermaid, in the water is my favorite place to be, I like sing some karaoke now and then, Britney Spears will always be my idol, I’m grumpy without Mt Dew, I’m terrified of mice, I could eat Mexican food everyday, garage sales are my jam, my fiancée and I eat at old people restaurants and can’t hang past 10pm, I cherish my relationships with my fiancée, family, and friends, and my heart will always have room for you!

✨ Wedding Tip Tuesday ✨

1. Have a unplugged ceremony
2. Take the time to make a sign for guests as a reminder
3. Have your officiant make an announcement
4. Take 2-3 minutes at the beginning of the ceremony to take photos and then ask they put all devices away for the rest of the ceremony
5. If you have a Wedding website or programs list it EVERYWHERE! You can’t remind guests of this enough!!
