On this special and final day of our Celebrate with Serving Week, we are serving Turnstone Center for Children and Adults with Disabilities !

Turnstone empowers people with disabilities to achieve their highest potential by providing comprehensive services and programs. With an exceptional staff of licensed professionals including physical, occupational, speech, and recreation therapists, fitness specialists, social workers, and educators, they are able to address the unique needs of people with disabilities and their families. Thank you for helping create possibilities for people with disabilities in our community!

The Community Harvest Food Bank is a nonprofit charitable organization who seeks to alleviate hunger through the full use of donated food and other resources. They distribute millions of pounds of food each year directly to the public through several programs tailored to meet the needs of kids, seniors, Veterans, and families in need of assistance. Thank you for helping the hungry in our community!

Today we will Celebrate with Serving The Down Syndrome Association of Northeast Indiana !

The Down Syndrome Association of Northeast Indiana serves to enhance the lives of people living with Down Syndrome, advocate on their behalf, provide information and support to families and professionals, and promote acceptance and inclusion in northeast Indiana. They serve families in 11 northeast Indiana counties with their biggest initiative of outreach to new and expectant parents. Their largest fundraiser of the year is our Buddy Walk, which is held on the second Saturday in September at Parkview Field. Thank you for promoting acceptance and inclusion of people with Down Syndrome in northeast Indiana!

The Rescue Mission provides restorative care to men, women, and children experiencing a homeless crisis. They serve Fort Wayne, Allen County, and its eleven surrounding counties to supply food and shelter along with other unique services, such as Life House, Restoration House, Charis House, and Treasure House. Thank you for giving hope and care to those experiencing homelessness our community!

Easterseals Arc was formed in 1954 by a small group of Fort Wayne parents who
held a dream for their children with developmental disabilities. Easterseals Arc provides support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through day programs, employment services, supported living, respite care, recreation, and more that are tailored to each individual. Thank you for leading the way to equity, inclusion and access for people with disabilities, families and communities!
