$2 million downtown Taco Bell approved in Capital Improvement Board meeting: bit.ly/2M-Bell

The Taco Bell, currently located on West Jefferson near Grand Wayne Convention Center, will be moving but won’t be moving far. The city owns a plot of land catty-cornered to the Taco Bell where it will be moved. This proposition was unanimously approved.

The award-winning Grand Wayne Convention Center is one of the Midwest’s most beautifully appointed, professionally staffed event facilities! The 225,000 sq. ft. venue hosts more than 300 events each year, with more than 80% of meeting planners rebooking the convention center for future events.

From the 50,000 sq. ft. carpeted exhibit hall to the 18 climate-controlled meeting rooms to the 30,000 sq. ft. terrazzo floor corridor, no detail is overlooked.

Large windows welcome an abundance of natural light, while the lounge chairs and tables scattered throughout the pre-function corridors offer a spot to recharge between events.
