What is a mulita in English? Mulita means “little mule” in English. Why are they called mulitas?

They are called mulitas because they are individually wrapped and transferred from the street vendor to the customer.

Mulitas are a Mexican street food dish made with two tortillas, filled with cheese and your favorite meat, then grilled or griddled until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy! They are similar to quesadillas. Mulitas are a delicious and satisfying snack or meal perfect for any occasion!
