I’m super confused as to why Zales expects their customers that ship to THEIR store would expect that their customers should have to wait the the 10-14 business days that UPS takes to investigate missing items in the packages! This was an anniversary gift for my husband (April 1st) that I need for Saturday! I now have to figure out something else and spend additional money to make up for Zales mistake. They did not offer an overnight replacement or a refund. They only offered to keep my money while the third party company THEY hired performs an investigation of the items they lost! How is this good customer service? They have completely failed me!😢
