Today marks our 8th Facebook anniversary, a milestone that fills us with gratitude and joy. We remember the uncertainty we felt when we first took the leap, but it has proven to be a transformative decision that has opened doors to growth and connection. We are thankful for the many individuals who have supported us along the way and feel blessed to have had the opportunity to share our journey with them. Before we commence the festive season of cooking, hosting, and celebrating with our loved ones, JNG Catering would like to express its sincere gratitude for a year filled with numerous extraordinary events. We cater to gatherings ranging from 10 to 400 guests, and we are deeply thankful to everyone who has entrusted us with their catering needs. In January 2024, we began the year with a delectable Flank Steak at a beautiful wedding, and we concluded the year with our signature Cochinita Pibil. As we reflect on the past year, we are reminded of the fleeting nature of time, and the importance of cherishing every moment with our loved ones - the most precious gift of life. We extend our heartfelt thanks to God for His blessings, as without Him, nothing is possible. We wish you a joyous Christmas and a happy New Year.

We were thrilled to participate in the Hot and Spicy event this past Saturday. Witnessing the performances at Artes de la Rosa Cultural Center for the Arts at the Rose Marine Theater it was a true delight. It brought back fond memories of our youth. Thank you, Anthony Marquez for directing this show and gifting us a fantastic evening honoring you and all exceptional dancers.
