Looking for an experienced Floral Designer at Greenwood Florist. Must have customer service and design experience. Design arrangements, dress plants, assists customers; processes flower shop orders; receives payments; balances cash drawers; occasionally delivers arrangements; Rotating Schedule. Position is located at one of our affiliate flower shops.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design arrangements, easel sprays, casket sprays, sympathy arrangements, dress plants.

Help with taking telephone orders, data entry and receipt of payments from customers.

Closes out the cash drawer by reconciling cash to written orders when needed.

Help with walk-in customers with purchases.

Heavy customer service by phone or direct contact.

Delivers arrangements to various areas of the metroplex as well as makes placements in the cemeteries and mausoleums as needed.

Assists with other duties within the flower shop as needed.

Willing to train the right person.

Other duties as assigned.
