Office Manager at HMI North Richland Hills
We seek a dynamic individual to take the reins and keep our office functioning like a well-oiled machine. Our ideal candidate is high-spirited and a consummate morale builder. In other words, we are looking for someone who βactually gives a damnβ about the people we serve and the staff that you will work with.

Responsibilities:
β Responsible for general overall office appearance
β Identify and coordinate office repair needs/maintenance.
β Hands-on position, including physical components such as moving office furniture.
β Manage the incoming/outgoing mail to and from the office.
β Oversee office vendors and coordinate access when needed.
β Phone management.
β Customer service/client care management
β Manage initial intake of all service requests.
β Invoice clients through QuickBooks.
β Handle invoices going in and out to be paid on time.
β Manage Google Docs and Dropbox to keep updated and organized.
β Automate/streamline all processes if needed based on previous experience.
β Misc. errands to assist with the needs of the business.
This is a 30 to 40-hour-a-week position.
This is a W2 position.
Requirements:
β High School diploma
β At least 3 years of experience as an office manager/admin
β Ideally, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Bookkeeping, CRM System, Square, Weven, and QuickBooks.
β Basic computer knowledge and ability to use a printer, smartphone, and other electronics
β Excellent communication and people skills - extraordinarily confident and comfortable engaging and interfacing with various high-paying, affluent clients and vendors daily.
β Must be highly detail-oriented
β Willing to take initiative and problem-solve.
β Basic knowledge of and can handle data entry, answering phones, scheduling appointments, errand running, and client management without letting things fall through the cracks
β Strong capability of working under pressure be spontaneous and handling last-minute task
β Ability to stay calm and focused on all situations.
β Must have common sense
β Ability to work well independently within a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
β Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
