🔧 Job Requirements:
Maintenance: Indoor and outdoor tasks
Physical labor: bending, squatting, lifting up to 50lbs, stair climbing

💰 Pay: $18/hour - Guaranteed 10 hours/week

If you enjoy working outdoors and have a keen eye for detail, this role is perfect for you!
