Our Story
Chef Cody has been proudly serving up the best dishes in the DFW area for over 30 years. He started 360 catering in 2010, and since then 360 has catered over 1200 weddings, corporate and social events. Cody’s over 30 years of experience in the culinary world can be summed up in two words: Originality and Consistency. Always striving to provide unparallel food and impeccable service to make all of his events memorable. Cody started his fine dining career as a busboy at the famed Worthington Hotel in Fort Worth. He was quickly promoted through the ranks all the way to maître d’ of the acclaimed 4-star Reflections Restaurant and infamous Sunday Brunch. He won the coveted 5-star Employee Award, given to only 5 people per year! He was then pursued by several of the top Restaurants in Fort Worth, and Cody became the General Manager of the Balcony Restaurant and praised in “D Magazine” as an “Up and Coming Star”. Cody went on to become the General Manager of the prestigious Michaels Restaurant and then the iconic Bistro Louis Restaurant. At both restaurants Cody was received many local and national awards for the restaurant and personally. Cody is an award winning Sommelier and Mixologist. Being in the restaurant business 31 years, I have been blessed to be the General Manager of some of the most prestigious fine dining restaurants earning local and national awards. The past 10 years I have enjoyed owning my catering company. The best part of catering is getting to know each of our guests personally and learning their unique tastes.
