Soux Chef Appreciation night. Chef went all out. Garlic, rosemary and thyme grilled lamb chops, soufflé sweet potatoes and balsamic bacon roasted Brussels. To honor Fathers today, Happy Father’s Day.

We would like to pay special tribute to our Sous Chef, Matthew Bonine. He paid tribute to his late Father early this morning with a hefty bike ride in his honor. Sooo, to honor him, being an amazing dad and son, Chef pulled out the Ultimate Dad breakfast sandwich (secret menu item) oh, and a shot of Jameson to honor the Irish.

Honor the amazing men in your life who don’t look at fatherhood as a sacrifice, they are privileged and humble to have children.

Tator tot waffle, homemade butter syrup (liquid crack), hickory smoked bacon, aged cheddar, slightly over over easy eggs and hot spicy sausage patty.

Let’s just say he is now napping. God bless him.
