Hi I’m Ena and I’m your Bartender 🍻
I thought I’d take a second to jump on here and tell you all a little about myself and OTR

-I’ve lived in Humboldt my entire life

-I’ve been apart of the Event Industry since 2015 doing caterings before I branched out on my own with OTR.

-I’m a country girl and live 1.5hrs away from a store in a small town called Blocksburg where I grew up.

-I dehydrate all my garnished and make all my syrups and shrubs from scratch! No store bought here and I am license to do so.

-I won’t tell anyone where I get my Ice! I serve my Beverages with a lux ice and don’t dare share where I buy it in bulk lol

-I love Gardening. I grow hundreds of flowers and vegetables every year.
It’s been my main inspiration for my Garden Inspired Cocktail Menu I offer to my Clients. Bringing fun fresh beverages, beautiful garnishes with aromatic flare is something I wanted to bring to the table.

-I designed my menu to be Mocktail Friendly meaning every Cocktail can be nonalcoholic. I believe everyone deserves a fancy delicious beverage! Not just a soda. As I am an occasional drinker and us non drinkers want a fancy beverage too!

-I won’t serve a beverage I’m not 100% proud of.

-I am a perfectionist and strive to serve the most beautiful and freshest Cocktails a girl can! I love being unique in my Garnishes and Fresh with my ingredients.

-I’ll travel for bartending services, I’m not opposed to doing events outside of Humboldt!

I am excited for what this new year will bring from new bar options to new faces behind the bar! We’re excited to bring a fun beverage service to your event!

8•24•2024 -The Dias Wedding- was such a blast last night serving with my main bartender Denys to such a great group of people. We were having so much fun I failed to get even 1 photo of our beautiful cocktails that were served! But hey that’s not such a bad thing when everyone was having so much fun! So for now this reel will just highlight this awesome couples beautiful day and this amazing Silo Bar we had the honor of serving from!

I had such a great time serving at the Monlthy Makers Market over the weekend! Thankful for the ladies who make this event happen. I debuted my Pineapple Mango Bliss Cocktail, no edited needed it’s just that vibrant! This cocktail is mocktail friendly! So everyone can enjoy it! 🍍

My First Pop Up was a total success we served over 200 hundred Mocktails to Old Town Shoppers and people couldn’t of been more pleased. I debuted my Tavern Bar which was awesome to show it to everyone. Big Thank you to Sage Clothing for Hosting Us!
