Hi I’m Ena and I’m your Bartender 🍻
I thought I’d take a second to jump on here and tell you all a little about myself and OTR
-I’ve lived in Humboldt my entire life
-I’ve been apart of the Event Industry since 2015 doing caterings before I branched out on my own with OTR.
-I’m a country girl and live 1.5hrs away from a store in a small town called Blocksburg where I grew up.
-I dehydrate all my garnished and make all my syrups and shrubs from scratch! No store bought here and I am license to do so.
-I won’t tell anyone where I get my Ice! I serve my Beverages with a lux ice and don’t dare share where I buy it in bulk lol
-I love Gardening. I grow hundreds of flowers and vegetables every year.
It’s been my main inspiration for my Garden Inspired Cocktail Menu I offer to my Clients. Bringing fun fresh beverages, beautiful garnishes with aromatic flare is something I wanted to bring to the table.
-I designed my menu to be Mocktail Friendly meaning every Cocktail can be nonalcoholic. I believe everyone deserves a fancy delicious beverage! Not just a soda. As I am an occasional drinker and us non drinkers want a fancy beverage too!
-I won’t serve a beverage I’m not 100% proud of.
-I am a perfectionist and strive to serve the most beautiful and freshest Cocktails a girl can! I love being unique in my Garnishes and Fresh with my ingredients.
-I’ll travel for bartending services, I’m not opposed to doing events outside of Humboldt!

I am excited for what this new year will bring from new bar options to new faces behind the bar! We’re excited to bring a fun beverage service to your event!
