Clean Eating Freezer Meals

Why Should You Freezer Cook?
It saves you time: Freezer cooking can save you time in so many ways. Have a crock pot? Just empty your ingredients into the pot in the morning and your meal is ready to eat as soon as you get home! Or make a meal in 20 min with your Insta pot, or pop it in the oven!
It saves you money: None of the ingredients go to waste and no impulse shopping when you go to the store!
Cleaner kitchen, less dishes: Prepare your meals in advance and no messy or time-consuming clean-up the day of your meal!
t’s Healthy “fast food”: You control the ingredients…No more MSG, artificial sweeteners, and No excess salt and sugar!
• I do all the shopping! No crowded grocery stores, and no more list making and trying and figuring out how much to buy.

• Each month you will be provided with new healthy recipes.
• You are given up to 10 choices, or you can do just 5.
• I prepare all your meals in one day.
• Then each bag is labeled with the recipe & cooking instructions. Just take it out of the freezer to thaw the night before and you are ready to go!

You will receive the menu choices via e-mail or by text. You can also see monthly menu choices here.
Deposit of 50% due at the time of sign-up, and the remainder due upon pick up. I accept cash, checks and Venmo. Credit Cards with a 5% processing fee. Flat fee of $24 per meal. 5 meal minimum.

We had some clients that had to reschedule 4 times due to Covid with their Mother’s Celebration of Life over the course of the last three years! Yesterday they finally were able to gather from all over the country to honor her. It’s most likely Sandy and I’s last large event as Marmies Kitchen. This was supposed to be 100 for lunch and 50 for dinner. (We’ve decided to scale down) But we were really happy and honored to be a part of their special day. I didn’t know this client before and after three years of rescheduling, 😝, I have a new friend!!
Funny how life can do that!
Couldn’t have done it without our great team, Stephanie, Jazmine and Gay!! Thank you Ladies!!! 🥰
