The bride carried a cascade of summer flowers with white Roses & the Groom wore a white Rose boutonniere. The Maid of Honor wore a blue dress & carried a smaller cascade of colorful summer flowers with yellow Roses. The men in the wedding party each wore a yellow Rose boutonniere.

Photos from a recent bridal shower with a disco theme.

🧡 Each centerpiece featured orange Carnations and hot pink Roses in mirrored disco balls. 🩷

The flower bar featured an assortment of colored glass vases and fresh flowers. Each guest had fun choosing their flowers and vase! The tables were filled with flowers for a lovely brunch. 🌸

🇺🇸First To Fall honors the first group of men who were killed during the tense days leading up to The Battle of Wyoming. During the Revolutionary War, a common battle cry of the colonists was “Remember Wyoming!”🇺🇸

Our 2024 First to Fall event is next Sunday June 30th. The program begins at 2:00pm at the Jenkins Harding Cemetery, Wyoming Avenue in West Pittston.
Our presenter this year is West Pittston native and local historian, Sherry Emershaw who will be speaking on “The History of the 24th Connecticut Militia Regiment.”
The program is free and open to the public.
