I unexpectedly lost my father last Wednesday, January 24th. Thank you to everyone for their condolences, prayers, and love.
My dad took pride in everything his kids did as if it was himself doing it. Every time I booked a DJ gig, and told him he would light up like a Christmas tree and say “Oh great, God bless you!” Dad wasn’t great at remembering things always, but he would write on his calendar whenever I had a gig and call the week before to see if it was in the Utica area and if I would be able to stop home for dinner or to sit down and watch something with him for a bit. He had so much love in his heart and was taken much too early from us.
Many have asked what they can do to help, so I wanted to post and share that we have a donation link to help my mother keep our childhood home which my dad built for us and for my mom. Both my parents are physically disabled and cannot work, therefore losing half the household income from SS is leaving my mom is a bad situation. Please consider a donation to assist my mother at the link below. Thank you in advance for donating and for sharing with your network.
"As we remember Peter, we cherish the beautiful legacy he left behind, especially the house he lovingly built with his father, creating a forever home for his wife, Laurie, and their two children. In honoring Peter's memory, in lieu of flowers, his children kindly request contributions to help maintain this treasured family home, ensuring his legacy continues to provide comfort and joy for years to come."
