We're doing it again! This time, the paint 'n' sip is a "mom & me" on Mother's Day! Enjoy a fun and relaxing activity when you're all done with your traditional brunch, and come on out to the lovely creative space at For Harriet & Agnes in Sussex, NJ to create a multi-canvas painting with your family members!

Adults will complete a and children will do , each one different to create a duck mom & child or whole duck family!

No experience necessary, just a desire to get creative and have some fun!

My first ever request for a and she loved it! Honestly, so did I. I also adored the inspiration for the face painting, one of the party hosts' actual 3-week-old goats! The family has 4 dogs, 14 chickens, and two goats that were apparently rejected by their mom & still being bottle fed.

The only photo I got at a wonderful Ramadan Iftar party on Saturday populated by a whole lotta kids was this one - and I took for a couple seconds to snap it because this arm belongs to a boy who loves the Dolphins. My husband, despite growing up in NYC and living now in NJ with me, is also a Dolphins fan - because of Dan Marino, of course. So... a 'fins-themed football!

Chabad Jewish Center - Upper Passaic County really knows how to throw a party! Celebrating Chanukah with them was terrific , and the rain held off for the whole party! Face painting, balloon twisting, a petting zoo (I got to hold a python after face painting!) lots of music, and gelt! Plus, of course, the menorah lighting.
