Here’s a glimpse of our menu while we work through getting our menu printed!
Butts & Bundts BBQ Menu
Meats:
Pork Spare-ribs - Smoked for 4-5 hours, can be served dry, or with our sweet and tangy Bennett Hollow BBQ sauce. $26/rack
Smoked Turkey Breast - Low and slow over hickory wood. Smoked anywhere from 5-7 hours, super moist and always a crowd favorite $12/pound pulled.
Chicken wings - Brined for 12 hours in a brown sugar bath, then smoked for 2.5 hours at 250. No sauce is necessary for these delicious wings, but we do offer classic buffalo, Bennett Hollow sweet and tangy or dry rub.
Midnight Brisket - Smoked 12-14 hours at 225 and sliced perfectly. Rubbed in a coffee rub to give it its dark crunchy bark. $15/pound
Dynamite Pulled Pork - Smoked 8-10 hours. Guaranteed to fall off the bone. $10/pound
Desserts:
Pies - $20 each. These pies are made from scratch with all-natural ingredients. You just let us know what you want!
Cakes - Starting at $25 and goes up based on complexity. Same as pies, let us know what you want, and we'll let you know if we can make it happen.
Cookies - 2 dozen for $20. Let us know what you want, and we can discuss from there!
Sides:
Baked Beans - $20 for a half gallon. feeds 12-14. Can discuss bulk pricing if more is needed.
Mac and Cheese - $20 for a half gallon. feeds 12-14. Can discuss bulk pricing if more is needed.
Miscellaneous:
Buns - 8 ct $4
Biscuits - $5/dozen. Made from scratch.
Sauces:
$5/bottle. Alabama White Sauce, Bennett Hollow sweet and tangy, or Owen Layne Sauce (Vinegar Based, Spicy)
Serving utensils can be added, charge depends on size of order.
