Tennessee egg rolls..

1 pack Manicotti noodles
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 lb 80/20 ground beef
3/4 cup shredded cheddar
1 tbsp salt and pepper
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp paprika
1-1/2 pack thick cut bacon cut in half
1 bottle bbq sauce

Mix everything together thoroughly and stuff noodles without breaking. Wrap noodles completely with bacon. Smoke at 250 for 90 minutes, then crank up to 350 for 10 minutes to crisp bacon up. Brush on bbq sauce and let sit for 10 minutes for sauce to set.

Can bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes instead of smoke!

Butts and Bundts wants to do our part in helping the communities in Louisiana and the Northeast recover from Ida. That being said, we will now be selling whole Boston butts for $40, with $10 of each sale going to the families effected by the hurricanes.
