I was feeling a tinge of sadness earlier today. I didn’t know why, but I think it was because the kids are getting older and Halloween is no longer as fun as it was when they were little. I’m also annoyed that it’s supposed to rain tomorrow evening (we desperately need the rain but the timing couldn’t be worse). I decided that I would counter my sadness by doing something to spread gladness. I made 2 Halloween arrangements and dropped them off to the front office staff at each of the kids schools. It was nice to see smiles and I’m hoping others will enjoy them tomorrow too.
