After 8 great years of starting my Kirby’s Catering Business and after Covid trying the mobile food trailer “Kirby’s Kitchen” we have officially closed. Our food trailer and catering business have shut the doors!!
30+ years in the food industry and it’s time for a change. I first want to thank my wife and 3 girls (my world) for always supporting me and especially in the last couple of years. My nephew Clint Perry for all his hard work over the past 8 years as well.
I can’t even start to explain or thank our customer base for their support. I’m not going anywhere and hope to run into you all around town.

Friday special only 11-7pm our is a fresh local homegrown Stuffed Chicken Salad Tomato with a side of watermelon & mandarin oranges !! Yeah it’s hot as heck and this will make your workday a little more pleasant. We will have our normal menu as well BBQ Pork - Smoked Ribs - Cheeseburgers. Swing by and drive up to the window and order, we don’t want to get out in this heat either. Banana pudding and cherry cobbler for the sweet tooth.

Reminder we are only open today 4-7. Getting ready for Catfish Fry tonight. Only serving Catfish Dinners from 4-7 or till we run out. We will post on our story line if we run out. Dinner comes with catfish, hush puppies, cole slaw, white beans, lemon/onions and tartar sauce. We will be back to our normal hours and menu Saturday 11-7pm and yes Ribs will be available Saturday.

Change of plans for this week!! We are only open Friday 11-7pm. Closed ALLDAY Saturday to spend some time with the family. Come by Friday and grab your weekend party favors. Rack of Ribs - BBQ Pork by the pound - Chicken Salad - Chess Pies - Banana Pudding, etc.
