While watching my mother and grandmother cook and entertain, I realized that the kitchen, with all it’s wonders, was where I belonged. I bring my passion and love for food to your table. Believing in the idea that good food can be simple, elegant, fun, exciting, comforting, and delicious. Cooking is a lifelong love. It is an extension of my personality, family traditions, and nurturing nature. I

📢ANNOUNCEMENT📢

The Moonlight Chef will not be offering any large scale catering beginning October 15th through the remainder of 2024.

🚩***We are still offering grazing boxes, baked goods, and other smaller catering requests.***🚩

Chef Laura will be undergoing surgery that will limit her ability to fulfill her Chef duties properly.

If you are looking for an excellent alternative, please reach out to Chef Kristen Precourt of KCooks, also of Franklin. She is aware of Chef Laura's situation, and will happily help you out.

Chef Laura and Chef Kristen have always worked with each other when it comes to keeping all clients happy and well fed, regardless of which Chef they contact first.

Thank you for understanding, and we'll see you in 2025!

I have the opportunity to participate in my very 1st craft fair as a vendor this season. Not as a Chef, but as a paper crafter and book binder. I am nervous and excited.

I've begun stocking my inventory with less elaborate items such as book marks, smaller journals, and ornaments. These will be available along with my large inventory of themed keepsake books.

Thanksgiving Day Menu at Moonlight Farms and Vineyard: 9am Sharp: Brunch for the parade. 1pm: Classic grazing board for afternoon snacks while watching football and movies. Supper: *Seared Magret Duck Breast with Orange/Cranberry Glaze and Pan Gravy. *Joël Robuchon inspired Potato Purée. *Cornbread Stuffing with Leeks and Dried Cranberries. *Candied Sweet Potatoes with Brown Sugar and Cardamom. *Heirloom Carrots and Haricots Vert with Butter and Herbs. *Oven Roasted Sweet Corn Succotash. Dessert: Gelato and Pumpkin Pie.
