While watching my mother and grandmother cook and entertain, I realized that the kitchen, with all it’s wonders, was where I belonged. I bring my passion and love for food to your table. Believing in the idea that good food can be simple, elegant, fun, exciting, comforting, and delicious. Cooking is a lifelong love. It is an extension of my personality, family traditions, and nurturing nature. I
look forward to sharing my journey through food with you and yours. As the great George Bernard Shaw once said,
"There is no love sincerer, than the love of food".
I have the opportunity to participate in my very 1st craft fair as a vendor this season. Not as a Chef, but as a paper crafter and book binder. I am nervous and excited.
I've begun stocking my inventory with less elaborate items such as book marks, smaller journals, and ornaments. These will be available along with my large inventory of themed keepsake books.

Something that you may not know about me, The Moonlight Chef.
As I am a professional Chef by trade, my art is not limited to food, but extends heavily into book binding as well.
In December 2022, I found a hobby called junk journaling, otherwise known as scrapbooking. I took to it like a duck to water.
I have built over 3 dozen books from scratch. While several of the books pictured below have gone to their forever homes with family and friends, others are still available.
I can build these books to order. They are completely unique. While I do have a signature style, I do not create the same book twice.
Journals for weddings, prayer, graduation, birthdays, new baby, family compilation books. You are only limited by your imagination.
I hope to offer up these books at the Franklin Farmer's Market this season, and at local craft fairs in Autumn.
