The wedding ceremony can take place in a grove of trees which surrounds a stunning water fountain and plaza large enough to accommodate the bridal party. Outside matrimonial ceremonies are welcomed and an unexpected rain shower is never a problem with a large reception barn to accommodate a move inside if necessary. CHIC, WESTERN OR RUSTIC DÉCOR
The bride and groom can enjoy their special day with both the wedding ceremony and reception at ONE LOCATION. If your dream is to be a western bride the atmosphere of Loving Chapel Stables is ideal. Past wedding events have ranged from rustic to western to elegant. Visit our show barn to get a feel for its flexibility. SMALL INTIMATE EVENTS
We receive requests to host events with 50 or less guests. Our newly opened barn loft area will hold up to 40 for an intimate dinner or up to 50 for entertaining or dancing. In addition our fountain plaza is ideal for cocktail parties and serving appetizers. ABOUT OUR VENUE
The setting is relaxed and secluded but conveniently located. All areas are handicap accessible and ample parking is available. The reception barn with 3000 square feet can easily accommodate 200 guests for a sit-down dinner. Serving alcohol, while not provided, is permissible. The reception barn and manor house replicate a turn of the century railroad depot. Huge oak timbers, all pegged together, frame the entire facility. The main hall is fitted with stained and varnished oak and spruce woods with 30' high cathedral ceilings and a majestic 40' high steeple. PICTURE THIS
The grounds and landscaping of Loving Chapel Stables provide the ideal place for unique bridal pictures. Whatever your preference, we have horses, plank fences, and water fountain surrounded by a grove of mature trees. LIGHTING
Natural and artificial lighting is carefully woven into the architecture to provide a subtle romantic ambience for evening events. Superb lighting is available for corporate meeting. Mini flood lights gently light the wood beams and ceiling to enhance a beautiful evening experience. The water fountain lighting adds a night time sparkle to the site and tall cast aluminum light poles line all the drives of the estate. RENTAL DATES AND RATES
The reception barn is available from first weekend in May through last weekend in October. The water fountain plaza is available from May first till the end of September. A weekend rental of the reception barn includes a day for setup and decorating, the event day, and an additional half day for tear down. Call for prices for weddings or events. In addition to weddings the facility and grounds are well suited for reunions, anniversaries, business meetings and birthday parties. EVENT PLANNING
Full event planning is available with local florists, some of which grow their own or utilize local flowers, decorators, fine dining or BBQ, food servers, music providers, and coordinators who will make your party enjoyable. DANCE FLOOR, TABLES AND CHAIRS
