Hello folks! With great pleasure I would like to announce that we're ready to open up for weddings very soon. Our first wedding company will be placing our site on his website and he will do the bookings for his company when that's done in a few days. He will set the prices for his weddings here. As time goes we plan to get more companies to do weddings here. They will be offering their own prices and packages. The first company doesn't plan to do receptions here, but we are looking into partnering with other businesses to provide the reception locations. We have a rather small area here at the venue so we won't be able to have large receptions here anyway. The first company wants to keep wedding parties down to 25 people or less. We have limited parking here so that would work better for us. As soon as the first company is ready to do bookings we will put up a link to his website to book your wedding and we'll do the same with the other companies in the future. At some point we might start doing our own weddings but that won't be this year. We will be open all months of the year and 7 days a week unless something comes up that we need to deal with. When the time comes we'll let everybody know when we open. Thanks for everybody's patience waiting to do their weddings here!🙂🙂🙂

The weather will be the main factor that would be an issue for a wedding date.

Hi! This is Al of the Burningtown Falls Events Center. We'll be making an official announcement later today that we are about to open up for weddings!!! Our first wedding contractor on board with us says we're ready to go and he'll be adding us to his waterfall wedding venue website!!! That will be in the next few days. He will then start to do bookings!!!

Stairways leading down to the falls have made a real difference. Burningtown Falls Wedding & Event Center will be opening soon. The stairways are being a final safety measure for when events begin. Those of you who are supporting my endeavor, I thank you very much. Not too long ago, it was not safe to walk down to the falls. Burningtown Falls have not been touched, the beauty of the falls will remain.

The Burningtown Falls Event Center the plan is open next month in October. We will specialize in small weddings mainly the elopement type weddings. The stairs for the new access to the ceremony location is now complete.The walkway and handrails should be completed around October 1st! Then with a few modifications to the restrooms and dressing areas and a couple of other details we'll be ready to open!!!

Fellas are working hard, coming along more and more. I have the handrails in and the stairs, getting closer to being up to code and opening the falls.

They welded the beams to the foundation today and bolted them into brackets that were bolted into boulders!!! We're going now!!!. I'll need a walkway to the grill area and handrails after that. The guy says we could be ready for business in October!!!

This is a video done by drone on Burningtown Falls at the Burningtown Wedding and Events Center. The major work that needed to be done to open the facility wasn't able to be done locally so we had to use a contractor out of Asheville. Hopefully the building of the handrails and the stairs for an access outside of instead of going through the house should commence next week!!! Many thanks to Bill Steighner and Ryan Courtoy for putting this video together. It's put to music so make sure the volume is on!
