We post this message with much regret and many apologies. Unfortunately at this time, due to circumstances out of our control, we have been left no option but to cancel NOF 2018 indefinitely. The last 7 years have been magical, to say the least.
We have been fighting an uphill battle and now that the venue is under new management, we are unfortunately not seeing eye to eye. That being said, we do not want to take the risk of biting off more than we can chew, with a venue we cannot get on the same page as the old management, with whom we had been working with the last two years, and is now no longer with the venue.
With being so close to NOF, we are just too far behind schedule to locate and lock in a replacement venue that fits our needs.
On behalf of Spun Out Fire Productions, please accept our deepest and most sincere apologies. We do hope you will give us another chance when we bring back NOF and or smaller events in the near future. As we have been building our very own outdoor camping venue for years, this turn of events is prompting us to invest more into our own venue and resources to, in turn, come back stronger than ever.
It was a difficult decision to make but at this time we have decided that it will be prudent for us to take a step back, restructure and return in a whole new light. We are down but not out!
We are all personally very sorry for wasting everyone’s time. We have prolonged this as long as possible and did everything we could to make it work. However, it has come down to the fact that NOF is just not in the stars for 2018. I hope you all understand and will still be willing to join us in the future, once we regroup.
All tickets, RV passes, and or Vending passes will be refunded in full within the next 60 days. Please allow us some time to do some damage control and put together a solid game plan to ensure everyone gets their money back in the order in which the orders were placed.
We are not giving up, just taking a hiatus to properly change gears and evolve to the next level. Be sure to still catch SOFP performing and vending all summer all over the country. Also feel free to come visit us at our new store front, eARTh House, and continue to help support the cause. Stay tuned for details to our “NOF fare the well” event on August 17 and 18. You are all invited.
In closing, don’t ever stop chasing your dreams! No matter how difficult the challenges before you may be. No matter the intensity of the task, you must overcome the obstacles to get to where you’re going, don’t ever give up. If one road doesn’t work, turn around and try a different path. No adventure is complete without a few detours along the way. So long as you keep pushing forward, you will get to your dreams; one day, you will get there. It is not until we truly quit, that we fail. That’s why we’ll never quit. This is not over. It’s just the beginning of a new and better chapter for SOFP. Keep striving for what you believe in and know you can do. We believe in you too.
