Planning to mail your wedding invitations? Here’s what you need to know:

✨ Weigh Before You Pay – Heavier invitations (like suites with inserts, wax seals, or vellum) may require extra postage. Take a fully assembled invite to the post office to check!

💌 Non-Machinable? – Square envelopes, wax seals, and thicker envelopes need special handling, which means a non-machinable surcharge.

📮 RSVP Envelope Postage – If your guests are mailing back RSVP cards, don’t forget to stamp those envelopes for them!

✈️ Destination Weddings? – International invitations require different postage rates, so be sure to verify before sending.

💡 Pro Tip: Always do a test mail! Send an invitation to yourself before mailing them all to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
