First class mail has been unbelievably slow the last 18 months due to the pandemic and the short staffing, and we've seen an unusual increase in lost mail as well.
Starting October 1st regular mail could get (even more!) delayed...

We recommend allowing 2 weeks in transit to your guests, with that in mind the ideal time to send out invitations at this moment is about 10-11 weeks before the wedding. With rsvp due back 5 weeks before the big day.

Your mail could be even more snail-like starting in October, as part of approved cuts in service by the United States Postal Service.

Quick update, power has not yet been restored at the studio. DTE is telling us possibly tonight or tomorrow night. We are doing our best to get us back up and running as quickly as possible. Contact us for any concern.

Throw back to these one of a kind custom wedding magazines we created for Hana and Mario's 5-days wedding extravaganza in Como Italy! The magazines included highlights of all the places they were going to visit during their stay, and the magnificent villas the wedding events were taking place at. The one on one collaboration with the bride and the groom was absolutely fantastic, they were so involved in every step of the process, from editing, to copy right to the choice of the photos. And the end results is a custom piece that the couple and their guests will cherish for many years to come.

We were honored to be a tiny part in this couple's special day. Thank you Wish Upon A Wedding for giving us this chance!

Tomorrow, on January 12, 2021, Stephanie and Ronnie will gather before a few loved ones to commit their lives to one another. While we had hoped to have this wish later this week at the Great Lakes Culinary Center, Ronnie has suffered some significant health setbacks in the past two weeks, forcing us to move the wish to the couple’s home. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stephanie and Ronnie first met in 2007 at a mutual friend’s house. As the two describe it, it was love at first site. They fell for each other immediately and moved in together the following week. Three years later, they welcomed a baby boy. While they have had their share of ups and downs, like all couples, Stephanie and Ronnie’s love has grown and deepened throughout the years. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

In 2014, Ronnie’s life took a drastic turn when he inexplicably collapsed on the floor of his apartment. When Stephanie’s mother found him, hours later, he was disoriented and didn’t know who he was. She rushed him to the hospital where a cat scan revealed a softball sized tumor on the left side of his brain. Ronnie immediately underwent a complicated brain surgery.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Our hearts are truly breaking for our spring couples that are seeing their plans delayed or worse yet cancelled. This is a situation no one would have ever expected. Communication right now is key, call your venue and your vendors asap, set up a contingency plan. Your vendors will understand. Your guests will understand. It is hard now but it will get better.
We are here for you.

To all our couples who already sent out invitations, contact us asap and we will send you some cards to send to your guests to inform them. We know itt is not a lot but we hope being able to communicate with your guests without having to personally call each one, can help a bit.

To the couples who are currently working with us, reach out anytime, we will work together on a plan taylored to each situation.
