0 players from B or above.

1 HR / Rec Division-
Max of 2 players that were rostered D (any Association) in the past 3 seasons.
0 players from C or above.

If you can't follow these rules, don't get in.

ISA 40+ WORLD SERIES (RAIN MAKE-UP) details are below- Hope you can make it-

DATES OF PLAY:
October 12 (SAT) and October 13 (SUN)
All teams must be ready to play when scheduled. Early / Late start requests will not be accepted.

LOCATION:
Carroll County Sports Complex
2225 Littlestown Pike
Westminster, MD

FORMAT:
3 Game Guarantee .
In the absence of a stated local rule, all games will be played using SSUSA rules. w

ENTRY FEE:
$595 includes ISA team registration fees, umpire fees and 4 game balls per team.

DIVISIONS:
Men's 40 Major (8 HR)
Men's 40 AAA (6 HR)
Women's 40+ (3 HR)

AWARDS:
1st Place = Sponsor award, 16 backpacks, 16 ISA rings, MVP award, Manager award
2nd Place = Sponsor award, 16 individual awards

ROSTER RULES (very important):
Participating teams must submit a roster (player names and DOBs) by September 30.
Each player must have a birth year of 1985 or earlier.
Players that participated with an SSUSA Major Plus team during the 2024 season are not permitted
Players with no SSUSA history, but did partipate at the highest levels (Conference, Major, A / AA or Gold) with other national associations are not permitted.
Players that do not meet the standard will be removed from the tournament upon discovery.
Manager of the offending team will be removed from the tournament upon discovery.
Additional penalties may also be imposed.
All players must have a government issued ID with them at all times during the tournament.

REGISTRATION:
Teams interested in playing should contact Potomac Sports ([email protected]) AND make full payment by 6pm on September 30th.
Space may be limited. Late entering teams may be put on a wait-list, and taken on a space available basis.

Per Bachman staff, the park is CLOSED today. Fields are not playable.

If we get any more rain today, the park will be closed tomorrow, too. The forecast is calling for exactly that.

Teams in hotels can't be expected to pay for another night on a "maybe" so this weekend's ISA 40 Worlds is canceled.

Makeup date info will be released later today.

ISA 40+ Worlds update for next weekend... No Friday play. Tourney is Aug 17-18.

Recognizing that this may help a few teams, registration is extended until 10pm on Sunday (8/11). Schedules should be posted by Monday evening (8/12).

There are openings in the Men's and Women's brackets. Send email with complete team / contact info if you'd like to put a team in.

Wayne Gilmore Memorial
Last Chance World Qualifier

40s & 50s Managers,

I am holding the Wayne Gilmore Memorial tournament on August 10-11 weekend in Sterling, VA - In addition to honoring the legacy of a player, father and veteran that tragically passed away at the park, this tournament will serve as the "LAST CHANCE" qualifier for those planning to attend the SSUSA World Championships.

This is the time of year when some teams decide that they aren't traveling to Las Vegas (leaving some players in limbo), or the time of year when teams decide that they need more firepower, or a deeper bench to make a title run. In order to qualify for Las Vegas, everyone must have played with your team at some point before that tournament. The Wayne Gilmore Memorial helps you clear that hurdle.

Young Men's- MODIFIED (7/9)

2 HR tournament. We'll use some type of flighted, or hi-lo format and allow LOWER level D teams in. Do not bring any C or higher level players.

This is intended to be a lower level tournament. 3gg for $350 includes 6 game balls and umpire fees.

Senior Men's division is canceled-

Interested teams should SEND EMAIL to let me know you want to play. I need to hear from you ASAP (no later than 12pm on WED) so that I can round up umpires, etc.
