All dates are at Carroll County Sports Complex unles otherwise noted. Each tournament is one-day (SAT) with a 3 or 4 game guarantee.

Your $375 entry fee includes 6 game balls and umpire fees.
$30 team registration is also collected prior to your 1st ISA tournament of the year.

Potomac Sports senior schedule, multi-tournament packages and early registration discounts for 2025

TRANSACTION FEES WAIVED:
*Any team registering & paying for a Potomac Sports hosted tournament before February 10th will have their electronic transaction fees (4%) waived.

POTOMAC SPORTS SENIOR DISCOUNT PACKAGES FOR 2025 (limited to the first 4 teams in each age group):

* Pay for any two (2) Potomac Sports hosted events by February 10 and take $50 off of your total.

* Pay for any three (3) Potomac Sports hosted events by February 10 and take $100 off of your total.

* Pay for any four (4) Potomac Sports hosted events by February 10 and take $200 off of your total and a bonus, courtesy of Rawlings Sports.

Potomac Sports will hold a number of Senior Softball USA qualifiers in the mid-Atlantic again in 2025. Note that these are in addition to regional TOC qualifiers hosted by the national office.

Many of the Potomac Sports qualifiers sold out, or had wait lists last year. If you plan to enter a tournament register early (via email) and submit entry fee.

We will use the 2-2 count so that we're off the fields before it gets crazy cold though.

ISA 40+ WORLD SERIES (RAIN MAKE-UP)
details are below- Hope you can make it-

DATES OF PLAY:
October 12 (SAT) and October 13 (SUN)
All teams must be ready to play when scheduled.
Early / Late start requests will not be accepted.

LOCATION:
Carroll County Sports Complex
2225 Littlestown Pike
Westminster, MD

FORMAT:
3 Game Guarantee .
In the absence of a stated local rule, all games will be played using SSUSA rules.

ENTRY FEE:
$595 includes ISA team registration fees, umpire fees and 4 game balls per team.

DIVISIONS:
Men's 40 Major (8 HR)
Men's 40 AAA (6 HR)

AWARDS:
1st Place =
Sponsor award, 16 backpacks, 16 ISA rings, MVP award, Manager award
2nd Place = Sponsor award, 16 individual awards

ROSTER RULES (very important):
Participating teams must submit a roster (player names and DOBs) by October 9th.
Each player must have a birth year of 1985 or earlier.
Players that participated with an SSUSA Major Plus team during the 2024 season are not permitted.
Players with no SSUSA history, but did partipate at the highest levels (Conference, Major, A / AA or Gold) with other national associations are not permitted.
Players that do not meet the standard will be removed from the tournament upon discovery.
Manager of the offending team will be removed from the tournament upon discovery.
Additional penalties may also be imposed.
All players must have a government issued ID with them at all times during the tournament.

REGISTRATION:
Teams interested in playing should contact Potomac Sports ([email protected]) AND make full payment by 6pm on Monday, October 8th.
Space may be limited. Late entering teams may be put on a wait-list, and taken on a space available basis.
