This was originally supposed to be in our wooded area outside, but mother nature would not cooperate.

Luckily, it ended up being beautiful inside the barn for the Ceremony.

If you’re a morning person, you’ll appreciate this. To me mornings are the best part of the day this was shot from the back of the house at 5:50 this morning. I wish we could do sunrise weddings. To me, it’s the best part of the day.😊

This is a step back in time to a couple summers ago when I actually had to shoot a wedding….. now don’t expect this to happen too often, but in my previous life I was a professional photographer for 18 years. So when this couple had an issue with their photographer, I somehow got elected. To my professional photographers out there don’t be too judgmental. None of these are edited. ☺️

This Saturday and Sunday from 10 o’clock to 2 o’clock we have a family member who is having a book sale at our sister farm. The address is 8939 Woodsboro Pike Walkersville Maryland , that is Saturday the 17th and Sunday the 18th at Walker’s overlook. Lots of great books, lots of auto biographies and cookbooks and other books and general all in great shape. If you have questions, you may text me at 301-748-5667

When it comes to snow, I am afraid I’m very Bah humbug. But yes, it’s pretty ❤️

Couldn’t ask for much nicer day then today, it’s 8:30 in the morning. I’m expecting the bride any minute and we are ready.❤️

Nobody likes to have to plan for rain on their wedding day, It’s hard to believe that 15 minutes earlier this space was the ceremony. We had excellent vendors yesterday , and they all came together to flip the barn from a ceremony to a dinner in about 15 minutes. Not my best video but I was in a hurry🙂

Welcome to our wedding venue! We are so glad you’re here!

Dulany’s Overlook has been offering a beautiful place to say “I Do” for a few years now and we couldn’t be more excited to host your special day in the future!

When using Dulany’s Overlook as your wedding venue, you will be provided with a preferred vendor list with a multitude of vendors for your potential use. To name a few, this list ranges from caterers to florists, to photographers and DJ’s with many more vendor types to choose from.

In addition to your preferred vendor list, each bride will be given a wedding coordinator. The coordinator and couple will have the opportunity to work together from the time of booking, all the way through to your wedding day!
