We transformed the ballroom into a room full of chiffon, orchids, roses and hints of lush greenery. The chiffon created a walk way to the ceremony area hiding all of the gorgeous tall and low centerpieces already in place. A great room is revealed after the cocktail reception. We moved the chiffon to the walls and opened up the final room. Gorgeous all white centerpieces similar to those 2 in the picture on either side of the arch. Tons of orchids were used in this gorgeous wedding.

Part of our gorgeous setup! This is from a previous wedding at Linganore. We offer the installation of LED globe string lighting—also called café lighting—for weddings and other events. These white lights can enhance any event space and provide a beautiful ambiance. The additional light is excellent for photography!

Some updates for our couples:

Many of you have already heard about the fire at the Red Shedman, we would be remiss if we did not give all of you an update on the situation.

Firstly, the rest of the property was left unaffected by the blaze and all weddings and private events will continue as scheduled.

Secondly, we have plans to build a new structure and ready room this winter. We have made other provisions for the interim. Reach out to Mary Beth or Chris if you have specific questions about that.

Finally, all beers that were formerly produced by the Red Shedman will continue to be offered through the use of contract brewing. You will still have your core 4 beers and we will make arrangements or speak to you directly if you happened to order a custom beer or cider.

The show must go on, and we’re confident in our abilities to produce the perfect setting for all private events and weddings even with these trials and tribulations.

We offer string lighting for weddings and other events. These warm white lights can enhance any event space and provide a beautiful ambiance. The additional light is excellent for photography! These are globe string lighting over the dance floor, a lighted backdrop behind the sweetheart table, and twinkle lights on the posts.

Celebrated Events, a full‐service event planning company, was founded by Karen Farrow in March 2012. We are a member in good standing of the Frederick Area Bridal Network (FABNET).
