My name is Danielle Paonessa. I come from a Polish/Italian background that has always had food as the focal point of coming together as a family. ute of Washington in Northern Virginia. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors in March of 2014. I have worked on the line at Trummer's on Main in Clifton, Va. under Chef Austin Fausett, as well as at Foode under Chef Joy Crump right here in Fredericksburg, Va! I am also a proud and active member of the American Culinary Federation as well as a member of The Mycological Association of Washington, DC. I am passionate about anything and everything having to do with food, and if I cannot give you the right answer, I will point you in the right direction to someone that can! My services apply to small dinner parties(2-8), as well as private dining for special events(holidays, anniversaries, birthdays). For the same price of going out to a fine dining establishment, you can spoil yourself by creating your very own restaurant in the comforts of your home with a menu customized to your exact preferences and wine/beer pairing recommendations if preferred. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, my current focus is on weekly meal prep that can be delivered to the local Fredericksburg area. My top priority is keeping everyone safe and healthy, therefore I believe that this is the best way to provide a great dining experience all while staying safe. We can negotiate pricing based on your budget, number of people and courses, as well as special needs(gluten-free, vegan, allergies, etc.). I can also provide advice on many topics including recipe adjustments, knife skills, general food knowledge, eating/cooking on a budget, as well as special needs meal preparations.
