Hello BizTribe,

So many business owners have made this statement in their business journey. "The market is saturated or so many people are doing it.!"

Well, since it is Natural Popcorn Day I thought that what a great example of "I do not care if the market is oversaturated!" product.

It is more of how can I make my popcorn stand above the rest?

People have added spices to it, aired it, puffed it, and colored it but it is all just corn.

They were creative enough to make a difference.

Ask God to give you His creativity to make the difference and help your business to stand out and not just be the corn.

One of the hardest things for business owners to do is to delegate.

Delegate: entrust (a task or responsibility) to another person, typically one who is less senior than oneself.

After 3 years of teaching His Disciples Jesus delegated the spreading of the Gospel to them. He left them with the Holy Spirit to lead them and guide them in the delegated authority that He had given them.

As Christian Biz Owners Jesus is our greatest example of how to delegate to others.

3 Things to make delegation easy

Training:
You must fully train someone to take over the task or responsibility. Jesus trained 12 men for 3 years.

Trust:
You have to trust the leading of God. Proverbs 3:6 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not to your own understanding. God will lead you to the person or people who you need to delegate to and what to delegate to them.

Guidance:
Jesus left the Holy Spirit to lead and guide the Disciples and us into all truths. He gave them something to help them in those moments when they might not remember somethings.

John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Providing Standard Operation Procedures for the person that you are delegating to can prevent unnecessary stress for you and the person and provide continue guidance.

Jesus left the Holy Spirit to lead and guide the Disciples and us into all truths. He gave them something to help them in those moments when they might not remember some things.

Hello Christianprenuers,

Every year at least one person make the statement "I want to be more consistent in my business."

Then they pray, "Lord help me to be more consistent in my business."

Proverbs 10:4

He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.

That means you literally have to take action yourself! God is not coming down here to do what He already gave you the ability to do.

So start small with the everyday things, like making your bed everyday. Then add doing a to do list, (place prayer and studying the word first, then money making activities next) actually accomplishing the items on your to do list.

Do this consistently from your heart and watch your prayers get answered in your life and your business.

As we are quickly moving through the fourth quarter, and we begin to strategically plan our businesses for next year don't forget to strategically plan time with your family.

Near or far family have to become a priority in a world that keeps us so busy that we spend more time a part rather than together.

The first institution that God ordained was marriage between a man and woman. The first thing He gave them instructions to do was to be fruitful and multiply (start a family) so let's nurture that.

Nobody ever said on their death bed wish they had spent more time in their business.

For whatever reason why your not then fix it so that you can.

This is my immediate family. You cannot see my son but my grandson! Lol Y'all know how family photos go.

I am the Owner and Chief Notary of Rock-Solid Virtual Solutions & Events. I took this picture 8 years ago when I was going through a hard but freeing change in my life. I did not know what direction I was going, but God had plans for me that I could not even fathom.

I moved to Virginia where He directed me and never knew I would end up being in business full time. After being in Virginia for 5 years I was fired from my job and after filling out over 200 applications, bills still needed to be paid.

I was told about being a Virtual Assistant by someone who had moved on to be an Online Business Manager. I love helping others grow and expand their businesses so this was a perfect fit for me.

I flipped the business I was doing as a Corporate Event Planner and placed Virtual Assistant first and for several years of doing this for free, I am now getting paid to do something that I love. It makes getting up in the mornings easy!

Hello ,

It is important that we take the time to spend alone in the quietness of the moment.

God speaks to us all day, however, with so much noise going on around us we can not hear Him.

4 Tips to have "A Quiet Moment" with God and yourself.

1. Turn your cell phone completely off for at least 15-20 minutes a day. You can alert family members etc.

2. When driving turn off the radio and silence your cell. Clear your mind and pray during this time.

3. Spend your lunch break "out of pocket". Go sit in your car or take a quick walk away from the office.

4. Turn everything off 2 hours before your bedtime and let your mind and body relax.

The results will be amazing to see how God has all the answers that we need when we are actively listening to Him.
