What an absolutely amazing group I was able to cater too this last week. Caprese Skewers, chorizo and Bacon wrapped dates, seared lamb Chops, creamy polenta with browned sage butter, Sauteed fresh Spinach topped with Goat cheese and Balsalmicreduction. Finished off with Flourless Chocolate Ganache Cake, Creme Anglaise and Raspberry Puree.

Trying a new Chocolate Mousse Pie recipe. I think I like the exaggerated pie Crust. What do you guys think? What I mean by exaggerated is I filled pie less and left some room at the top, revealing more of the crust. It's the little things that matter.
