Today, Thursday 11/20 is the last day until Tuesday December 2 our Fredericktown shop location will be open. Call or order online, we can do curbside delivery so you dont have to get out of your vehicle .

We’re going to be closed for Thanksgiving week (11/21-12/1) and also attend Farmington Food Truck Friday 11/21, so if you need your Primal fix, please plan accordingly!

This would be a good time to grab a few of our Bowls Ready to Eat (BRE’s) so you dont have to go without. BRE’s are offered in Carnivore Bowl, Rice Bowl, and Salad Bowl form, but we vacuum seal them to preserve freshness for maximum days. When rewarmed they taste as good as fresh. Please give us 3 hours to prepare them, ordering ahead is greatly appreciated.

🔥🔥🔥Primal Soup🔥🔥🔥

We’re just about sold out of the Shrimp & Chicken Gumbo, only a few bowls left.

A longtime friend and Primal fan has been asking us to make his favorite stew, a hearty Beef and Vegetable soup.
This is a good time to mention, if you want us to make our version of your favorite recipes, ask!
Anyways, this stew is heavy on the beef, and incorporates what they call the holy trinity of veggies (caramelized celery, carrots, and onions) with plenty of fresh herbs. We’re calling it JRobs Beef, Veggie, & Herb Heavenly Stew!

🦐🦐The soup this week is an authentic Shrimp & Chicken Gumbo with Andouille sausage. It can definitely be eaten as a meal, made with lots of protein.
Gumbo is original fusion cooking, a blend of styles from African, French, Spanish, and Native American cultures.
We’re kinda excited cuz we love seafood. Yes it’s made with a bone & shrimp shell broth for flavor and health benefits.🍗🍗
