I’m so sick and tired of feeling tired. I’m so tired of working out 4-5 days per week and the scale not moving. My focus is off my stress levels are high. Anyone else suffering from this?

I Know this is all tied to cortisol, hormones and gut health. I found a company that is all natural, is not just a company but a Community. The results I have seen in the before and after pictures are amazing.

I started the 5 day drop yesterday. This is a gut health reset. I’m looking for some accountability partners. I’m excited to try all of the products and challenges in this amazing company / community!
