Friends, here is my final menu. We will be fully stocked on angus and impossible burgers for the entire weekend. The colossal is limited. Huli tofu and chicken, fried artichokes, and straight fries could potentially sell out early, just a heads up. I’ll do my best not to eat all of the chocolate cookies.

Good morning friends. It’s been a heck of a ride. But sadly, I will be closing my business effective March 10.

The last several years have been nothing short of incredible, and I’ll never forget a moment of my time serving you lovely people on RBG. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support. And for trying foods you might not have otherwise. And for the laughs and hugs and music and fun!

But at the end of the day if a business can’t make money, it’s an expensive hobby. And I just don’t have anything left. I’ve tried everything I can think of to keep this beast rolling. But, close I must.

We will be at Black Locust this weekend for our final goodbye. I really hope you all can stop by for one last hug. Our final hours will be:

Sunday March 10 from 1-6

Hi friends! Here are our new menus for this week. Our famous angus and impossible smashburgers have taken up permanent residence on our menu. And, the original med wrap is back! Plus our pork and jackfruit bbq return, and this time I am making the bbq sauce with black locust beer 🍻 you can also load up your fries with either type of delicious bbq because it’s forking good that way!

Our salad this week is a stunner, and layered with so many amazing flavors I can’t wait for you to try it 🤤 I will make sure to take a pic of that one for y’all.
I added a meze platter this week for my friends that like to nibble on an array of yummy-ness with their craft brews. And fried mozzarella with my marinara sauce, because: fried cheese is good.
Friday we will have our fried rice and popcorn for The Rocky Horror Picture Show!!

Dinner specials Saturday and Sunday are prosciutto wrapped chicken stuffed with mozzarella, and a vegan meatball sub with homemade marinara on our vegan garlic cheese bread, nom nom. Please note times for specials each day, available until sold out.

Saturday 1-9
Sunday 1-6.
Call or text if you will be arriving after closing time and we will get your order ready for you to pickup when you arrive!

That Black Locust IPA jelly!! If you were at the brewery last night, I can now confirm, it does also taste amazing on the prosciutto puff pastry 🤤 I think the crostini is still my fave combo but that’s a close second. Good morning friends! Here are our main menus for this week. I have been working on some more new recipes and I can’t freaking wait for you to try them 😁

I made an IPA jelly with a mix of 2 Black Locust brews, and it’s straight up delicious. So that’s now on one of the crostinis, in our new crostini platter, with mascarpone, fresh pineapple, and crispy prosciutto di Parma. The second crostini on that platter is fresh strawberry bruschetta with goat cheese and balsamic reduction. Friends, it’s about be a party in your mouth ☺️

There is also an incredible Black Locust IPA vinaigrette on our new grilled eggplant salad this week! Plus stuffed puff pastry, cubanos, black bean soup, loaded fries, lattice fries, soft pretzels, our famous smashburgers, and our Black Locust chocolate sandwich cookies with stout or porter 🤤 The weekend specials are our tender slow roasted corned beef Reuben’s and scrumptious Black Locust Stout veggie stew. Available on Saturday at 5 and Sunday at 4 until sold out.

Black Locust Farm Brewery is all ages, all day, today! Pack up the car and head on up with your fam. Our kids menu is available for children 12 and under, and our delicious dinner specials start at 4 today. The taproom is warm and cozy and the taps are filled with so many delightful locally brewed craft beverages that it’s just darn hard to choose! Yoga is also today and namaste on that heated floor for as long as possible! plus, all those really cool handmade games in the back room with sling shots and stuff 😁We will be serving our delicious eats from 1-6. We hope to see you at the brewery today 💚💜🍻

Hi friends! We hope you all enjoyed the snow this morning ❄️

We have some really great menus for you this week! I am bringing back the yummy French onion soups, the new favorite chicken and veggie med wraps, poutines and gravy fries, and that fried goat cheese salad, with the best smashburgers around (or so I keep hearing!)🤤 I am adding: a beautiful sweet and smoky roasted carrot dip with grilled naan, and we now have 3 flavors of chocolate sandwich cookies made with 3 different Black Locust beers (also available as a cookie flight!).

Saturday I am adding munchie hours from 3-5 so you can have some delicious lighter snacks to nosh on with your craft brews in the afternoon. If the feedback is good, we can expand as we move forward.

Saturday and Sunday our dinner specials return with the delightfully rich chicken and tofu fricasse dinners served with our delicious sweet potato casserole and fresh grilled broccoli. Nom nom.

And I expanded our kids menu this week adding some additional options and a chicken slider meal. I always have fresh fruit for your littles, so stop by anytime 🍉🍇

The calendar is packed at Black Locust again this week. And I’m so excited to try the new Hazy (uncle Greg, I am watching you!!)! Stop on by the magic hilltop Thursday thru Sunday for great craft brews and delicious food, incredible music, unique games, and good times 🍻💚💜

Good morning friends! I have some super delicious menus for you this week, please note days and times for each (Dan!)

My main menu features my signature Huli Huli chicken and tofu in wraps or platters with those yummy lattice fries! And I’m adding 2 sinfully delicious gumbos this week because Mardi Gras is coming up! My homemade meatballs sliders are back, and this time I also have vegan meatball sliders 😁 I added a super tasty grilled Caesar salad this week too. The yummy fried artichokes are back! And the scrumptious chocolate sandwich cookie, but this week I am using the new porter from black locust in the batter and ganache. The difference is subtle and delicious.

I added some awesome fried rice specials for Sat and Sunday. The kids menu for those 12 and under has been updated this week. And on Sunday I am making my fried ribs for Super Sunday!! We will start serving them at 1 on Sunday, until sold out.

We can’t wait to see you all this week! Black Locust has quite a lineup of fun events and great music, so just come on up every day 💜💚🍻🎸

Good morning friends! Thank you all so much for coming to see us last week!! I sincerely appreciate such a warm welcome to our new home at Black Locust!! 🤗 Please note our new hours of operation this week, we will now be open until 9 on Saturday!

I have some scrumptious new menus for you this week! I’m adding my favorite Turkish chicken wrap from my time in Istanbul. I didn’t eat one of these before bed every night after a few beers 😊 And a super tasty new winter version of my famous med wrap with vegan sundried tomato aioli.

I’m switching to seasoned lattice fries this week and they are super tasty 😋

My delicious homemade soups this week are creamy loaded baked potato with either bacon or mushrooms. The winter salad this week is full of candied sweet potatoes and pecans, dried cherries and feta, and smoky roasted poblanos over petite lettuces with our maple balsamic vinaigrette.

The chicken croquettes y’all love are back with my tomato sauce! And I’m adding roasted cauliflower tacos with my romesco sauce. If you’ve never had romesco, you’re in for a treat. You’ll want to put it on almost everything, it’s that good!

We also have a new crostini platter with yummy spread and dip options, and a new dessert this week. I’m using the new Black Locust Porter, to be released this week, in my Porter caramel for the brown butter apple cake. Get in my belly!

There is a new kids menu for those 12 and under, taste tested and approved by our rapidly growing child.

I’m bringing back my vegetable coconut curry this week for our Saturday and Sunday dinner specials. And I made a delightful new taco for my meat loving friends: steak and potato.

It’s going to be a great week at the brewery and we hope to see you all on the magic hilltop!! 💜💚🍻

Hi friends! I’ve been working hard in my test kitchen and office and I have some delicious new menu items for you this week!😋

Pajama Brunch at the Brewery is this Sunday from 10-12!! And that means I’m making my famous breakfast burritos and bowls! Plus nom nom breakfast tacos, brioche and homemade banana bread French toast, and homemade sausage gravy and biscuits. Roll out of bed, order your tasty craft beverage of choice, and we will feed you the delicious eats!

Thursday has a separate menu as I slowly introduce some of our new menu items for this week. Friday through Sunday is the big main menu with a variety of scrumptious new dishes and returning favorites. My kids menu is back and this week we have my daughter’s fave veg, broccoli, as a side option. And, I have some super tasty dinner specials for Saturday and Sunday now starting an hour earlier at 4 pm!

The magicians are hard at work as always brewing up those incredible craft beverages. And the calendar is packed full of fun events from yoga to games to live music and the Ravens playoff!! We hope to see you on the magic hilltop this weekend 💜💚😋🍻

Good afternoon friends! With multiple snow days and days below freezing, I have made the decision to close the food truck until next week.

I’ll be in my other (heated) kitchen testing some new recipes I’ve been developing 😋 And probably stopping by the brewery for just one beer hahaha. I’ll see you inside on the magic hilltop! Byo food (no seafood) or order in from sons of Sicily.

The food truck will return 1/25 💚💜

Good morning friends! Thank you all for coming out to the brewery to see us last week!! I’m certainly not the biggest fan of being outside in cold weather 😂, but when you’re having that much fun, it seems a bit less frosty! Being able to work at Black Locust Farm Brewery is truly a dream come true for me. I am very lucky to be able to work with such fun and talented people. And they let me play with their beer 😁

I made the chocolate stout cookies with their barrel aged stout on Sunday and golly that stuff is special. I’m stocking up before it’s gone.

As usual, I was going to switch up the menus for this week. But if you prefer, I am happy to repeat this one for y’all. Sound off! I’ll be creating the weekly menus this morning so I’d love to hear from you. If you’re ready for a change, I’m fine either way! 💜💚
