Good morning friends! Here are our main menus for this week. I have been working on some more new recipes and I can’t freaking wait for you to try them 😁
I made an IPA jelly with a mix of 2 Black Locust brews, and it’s straight up delicious. So that’s now on one of the crostinis, in our new crostini platter, with mascarpone, fresh pineapple, and crispy prosciutto di Parma. The second crostini on that platter is fresh strawberry bruschetta with goat cheese and balsamic reduction. Friends, it’s about be a party in your mouth ☺️
There is also an incredible Black Locust IPA vinaigrette on our new grilled eggplant salad this week! Plus stuffed puff pastry, cubanos, black bean soup, loaded fries, lattice fries, soft pretzels, our famous smashburgers, and our Black Locust chocolate sandwich cookies with stout or porter 🤤 The weekend specials are our tender slow roasted corned beef Reuben’s and scrumptious Black Locust Stout veggie stew. Available on Saturday at 5 and Sunday at 4 until sold out.
