The Freeland Park is maintained by the Island County Parks Department, the hall is managed by the Holmes Harbor Activities Club. The Club is open to the community and meets on the first Thursday of the months of October-December and February-May at 6:30pm for a dinner/meet

ing. The Club is in charge of renting out the hall for special events and all proceeds are used to improve and maintain the hall.
