We've catered events for as few as 25 people and as many as 1,000. Whatever your Clambake / Lobsterbake needs, Goose Island Clambakes can help! Goose Island Clambakes offers a traditional menu of locally caught lobster, fresh dug clams, sweet corn, red potatoes, Vidalia onions, and of course melted butter. All this is cooked in bed of fresh picked seaweed over a wood fire. Also available are salad

s, deserts, and lobster substitutions (chicken, steak, and vegetable kabobs). Our services include cooking, serving, and a full cleanup including garbage removal at the end of the night. We also provide all the necessary paper products (plates, cutlery, crackers, picks, napkins, wet-naps, bibs, salt & pepper, etc).
