2024 has brought many updates to our beloved property, but perhaps our favorite is the farmhouse. Jourdan and James restored the farmhouse exterior to its ORIGINAL color: white.

The farmhouse was built in 1850 and has been a few different colors— white, green, yellow, and finally back to white. Considering this home is almost 175 years old and paint only lasts so long, it’s been so fun to see old photos and how every owner has made it their own!

Our couples have been taking some photos in front of the house and it’s beautiful to see that they love it as much as we do 🤍

Both parties had their own separate buildings across the property, so no chance of running into each other before the big moment! Our couples get access to the entire property for their wedding weekend— it turns a short, stressful day of traveling and preparing into a peaceful little getaway.

The Thomsons would like to extend a massive THANK YOU to you all! Our main wedding season is over, with the exception of a couple winter weddings that we are simply thrilled to be hosting. Fun fact, Jourdan and James had a winter wedding!

This year, they have hosted 25 beautiful weddings, achieved the big “100 wedding” milestone as business owners, and began the journey through the next hundred.

TMD has big things planned for our off-season, including Mill Market on the 16th and Breakfast with Santa on the 30th. We hope to see you there!
