Christmas Tree Recycling

Republic Services will pick up live trees on Friday, January 3, 2025.

Please place your live tree on the boulevard without any decorations and lights.

The City of Tiffin is offering free live Christmas Tree recycling. This if for live trees only! There are two drop off locations:

-Public Works Department (fenced enclosure)
-Water Pollution Control Center (brush collection site)

Caesar Creek State Park and Salt Fork State Park are teaming up with the Ohio Division of Wildlife to create fish habitats using recycled live Christmas trees! By placing the trees in the lakes, we’re giving fish a safe place to thrive. 🐟💚

Want to join this eco-friendly effort? Simply remove all decorations from your tree and drop it off at one of these locations:

📍 Caesar Creek State Park: North Pool Boat Ramp, 8570 E. State Route 73, Waynesville (by January 19)

📍 Salt Fork State Park: Parking lot behind Administrative Office, 14755 Cadiz Road, Lore City (by January 31)
