We were grateful to host the Bishop Hoffman Catholic School CEDF fundraiser on Friday evening. It was a fun time for everyone that included a meal consisting of Stuffed Chicken Breast with wine sauce, Smashed Redskin Potatoes, California Blend Vegetables, Tossed Salad, Dinner Roll, and assortment of pies, cheesecakes, and cake.
