Welcome to Bear Ridge Destination ✨The Burly Bear Venue✨ ✨We have TWO venues at Bear Ridge. - (Cozy Bear) smaller & intimate for no more than 100 guests -(Burly Bear) A larger venue for a guest list of 300 or less ✨We are a DIY venue. All vendors and items need to be brought in, including caterer, bar service, musician, coordinator, photographer, shuttle service, decor, dishes and linen. ✨We DO offer, overnight accommodation, tables, chairs, prep kitchen, bridal room, wedding arches, spacious restrooms and bar area, woodsy ceremony location with benches and ADA accessibility. ✨The lower level of the venue is called✨The Barndominium✨ and consists of 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, bridal room, game and lounge area and prep kitchen. ✨Booking a DIY venue gives you the ability to have complete creative control over your big day! You are able to bring in vendors of your choice, completely customize your vision and pick the perfect timeline that suites you. ✨WHEN BOOKING OUR SATURDAY PACKAGE -You are reserving the venue for 24 hours from 9am-9am -The Bridal room is accessible by 9:30am -The lounge area, prep kitchen and remaining bedrooms are available by 11am. -You will have access to the venue the Thursday afternoon prior to your event to have a rehearsal. ✨WHEN BOOKING OUR FRIDAY PACKAGE -You will have the venue from Thursday-Saturday -You will gain access to the venue at 3pm on Thursday. -This gives you the opportunity to set up decor, have a rehearsal and stay at the venue on Thursday AND Friday night. -Check out is 9am. ✨What we do to help YOU🫵🏻 -We provide a list of preferred vendors that we LOVE to work with who will make sure your day goes smoothly. -Table layout diagrams for different guest counts. -Table layout set up prior to your arrival on your event day -Dimensions of tables and arches - 360 virtual tour to use whenever -Multiple in person tours before your big day -Guidance throughout your p
