If you would like to pre-order any or all styles, please comment below - write the style(s) and sizes you would like to order and we will invoice you.

YOU CANNOT REQUEST SPECIFIC COLORS!

You will receive a choice of two colors for every one item you order. You may choose to take one or both colors, but you must choose at least one.
