Keep a look out for this food truck. If you see it, stop. Even if you’re not that hungry. Get it anyway. Their tacos are really really GOOD! I got 2 de tripa and 2 de asada. They were like $3 a taco, but it also came with some grilled onion and pickled carrots (like the kind from the pickled jalapeños - I love those carrots). I only had it once and it could’ve been a fluke that I got the good chef that day, but let me tell you it was so good, I’ll be going back for sure.
