Taking sunset photos? Simply Google "What time does the sunset in (location) on (wedding date)?" Now back that time up by 30 minutes before to give your photographer plenty of time for sunset photos. Peak sunset photos are taken within this time window. Factor this into your timeline! It's your coordinators job to ensure that your desired photos are taken and you still have plenty of time to eat, drink, and dance! Timeline control is a must on wedding day to ensure a successful wedding experience. Trust your coordinators experience and timeline ex*****on. We've done a few (hundred) weddings! Happy planning!
