Late post. If you’ve been to You’ve been helped by .mega_texas Not only is she my amazing wife, awesome mother to our daughter and my closest friend, but she is also the backbone of our entire operation. Everything from taking your order at the register and online ordering to catering to shopping and ordering for the restaurant to coordinating bbq classes and any events we do or have done. Plus so so much much more. We wouldn’t be where we are today without her. Please join me in wishing her a very happy birthday. It was actually yesterday but we were out of town and celebrating. Plus I really wanted a picture of her dressed up cause she doesn’t get to while we’re at work. Thank you all so much in advance!

When you’re bad, you don’t have to say you’re bad. People just know.” A quote from one of the stories that Mr. Don Hall shared with Tasha and I. Don was a bad dude. In the best way. He didn’t have to say it. If you knew him, you just knew. Don had been a customer of ours since we first opened in the gas station. He loved our ribs. And his favorite side was our rice pilaf. While we didn’t always work for his schedule. He made an effort to try and get them from us as often as he could. We are so thankful for the opportunity to have made such a great friend in Mr. Don as well as his awesome son for inviting us to share our BBQ with him. We will never forget the moments we shared with Mr. Don. Our prayers and love go out to and his family. Rest easy Mr. Donald Hall Sr. ❤️
