Super late post. Honestly we’re still just talking it all in. This isn’t something that happened overnight. It was low and slow. It took some time. For those of you who’ve been with us since the delivery days we thank you so much. We’re so thankful to all of you who rocked with us since when we were in the gas station. And for those who have been with us since we’ve been in our current location, we thank you for joining us on this ride. We’re so proud of what we do and we’ve put together a team that helps us do it better than we ever have. It’s about more than just food. We want you to have a great experience. We work hard to make sure that happens every day. So with that being said we are so thrilled to announce that we have been named by Texas Monthly in their latest bbq list. Texas Monthlyand their BBQ editor Daniel Vaughn are the authority on Texas-style BBQ. That’s why we’re so honored to be included on their list of top Texas-style BBQ joints outside of the Lone Star State! Huge thanks to our team for helping bring our vision come to life. It’s not that fast. Really! We usually have bbq until after 2:00pm. Some days certain meats are more popular than others. And some days it all goes fast.
