We have several custom tailors for our grooms that we love. All of them are in Southern or Northern California. We are having an issue right now finding options in Fresno. We are sending a list of choices to a client tonight that will have out of town options but not really solid options for our area in Fresno. Does anyone have a favorite in Fresno?

Just thinking about these two sweet peas today.❤️
Our family just arrived back from New York today. I have been in the office just focusing on the list of tasks for next week. We have a completely booked Fall season. I happily skipped booking a full Summer to focus on some special couples in September and October.
As I was looking through the calendar, this photo popped up and made me smile. They are very special people who welcomed a new little one recently. We are very lucky to work with such wonderful clients.
Have a great weekend everyone! We will be back in the office Tuesday morning. Fall wedding planning has me very excited!

We had the busiest April in memory with little time to take a look back. I was thinking about this father Art and his absolute determination to see that his sweet daughter had the day she envisioned. At some point I'll actually get a moment to look through all of the photos of the wonderful month April was. For now, we are tackling Summer and Fall coordinating!

We have a very detailed wedding next weekend. The layout seems very standard but the thoughtful details created for their guests are not. I love creating special moments and unexpected things for guests. Tomorrow, we are at Justin Winery to work on a vision for a Fall wedding. It has been a busy but very fulfilling week.

What do we event coordinators do on Sunday? Recover at the beach if we can. Last night was a ton of fun and tomorrow we are back at it. We have clients at Justin Winery and in Solvang at a private estate. We love our creative industry but recovery is key!

I am up working early this morning. Thinking about a couple of new seating designs. I remember thinking that I loved this but I would change the light bars for a different sort of light. We really do need to mix it up this year with more eclectic designs when creating the flow of a room.

The weather was crazy today and I was standing at the venue contemplating the day. These two walk up and I see they are twinning for the day. It made me just smile! These two are both wonderful to create with. The whole day was great and it was great to spend time with these two gentlemen. Thank you Eric and Derek for everything!

Things that are an office staple, are one of them. I use pencil mostly in the office and these are just phenomenal pencils. As we dive into Fall wedding frenzy, we need a lot of them on hand. We always begin with a lot of wonderful ideas that need to be trimmed down into a cohesive vision. It's a bit chaotic at first, but it starts to whittle down into this wonderful setting. It is probably my favorite part of planning a date.

Today is a restock day for skincare. I am often asked about what I use and this is a big part of the magic. I have been a loyal user for about nine years. I use a cleanser gel and sunscreen by as well. Long ago I used to be in the skin care industry and I am yet to find something that I love as much as these two companies. The truth is, skin care has a lot to do also with diet and hydration.

We always try to leave Monday to recharge from the weekend. I find myself mostly catching up on email and correspondence which tends to flood in on the weekend. There is no off season, we are constantly creating a vision or bringing it to life. We love every part of the process! As a creative, my mind is always thinking of the next way to create a moment or a fresh experience for clients. I really love Monday's, they allow me to dream about each experience we are working on for upcoming events. Lot's of coffee and daydreaming over here. How are the rest of you doing this cold Monday morning?

As I drove across Yosemite today, I was reminded of the magic of working in the valley. There are a lot of logistics when moving guests and creating here but it is like no other location. That first shot was the moment at every wedding when we stand back and enjoy the love and laughter surrounding us. The season has kicked off with a bang this year, many exciting locations to experience again this year!
