Delivery is available starting Friday, Feb. 10th until Wed. Feb. 15th. I will not offer pick-up orders this year. Deliveries have a flat rate of $10.

Hi Friends, here's a little insight on the flower shortage crisis happening right now.

There are civil protests that are intensifying in Ecuador at this moment. This affects us because Ecuador is one of the biggest flower- growing countries and is home to the world's largest group of suppliers for roses and wholesalers. The floral industry has gone a week or so with little to no flowers from Ecuador.

No major exports are able to leave the airports in Ecuador for the past 9 days. Roads have been blocked off by protesters which makes it difficult for planes to fly.

Unfortunately, with this current crisis, we can only take orders if you are open to available color and flowers. Our suppliers are only able to provide us so much at this time. Thank you for understanding and thank you for your continuous support!

Florist flowers are more costly than grocery store flowers. The product quality definitely justifies the higher cost. We get our flowers from growers all around the world and so they arrive fresh to us. The market is currently high per stem and there is currently a shortage in the availability of flowers due to weather and labor restrictions that never fully recovered in certain countries and areas where our flowers are grown.

Grocery store flowers are quite affordable.. they purchase their flowers in bulk seeking the lowest prices rather than the highest quality. Also, the issue with storing flowers out in the open, as most grocery stores do, is the unknown damage that's done to the flowers to shorten their lifespan even more. They could be poorly hydrated, or taken out of water without any re cutting of the stem- which cuts off their access to water.
