So I got an email from PG&E saying the cost of gas has risen 90% since this time last year. My question is, has the cost risen because of the lost profits from lawsuits or to fix infrastructure from lack of attention to maintenance or lack of attention because of not being able to properly maintain the infrastructure because of environmentalists creating laws that make it impossible to do so?
