We specialize in traditional Mediterranean & Spanish Cuisine. The main dish that we normally serve is paella, we offer different options like seafood, meat and vegan always with local products. Cooking paella in it self is a social event, what makes us a unique catering option is that we cook the paella in front of your guest while they are enjoying drinks, tapas and pintxos that we have previousl

y prepared and served. Once the paellas are prepared we serve them directly from the pans to the guests dishes and they can choose which ones they would like to enjoy. This is what we will bring to your event. It doesn’t matter if it is a small dinner party on your deck, a corporate event or a wedding for 200 guests, the result is always the same, fun
and delicious. We have catered over 150 events in the last 5 years, these events not only have been on the San Juan Islands but also in Seattle area .

Paellas San Juan is a family operated business, born in 2016 at the Friday Harbor Farmers Market, but with many years of experience throughout Spain.

Originally from Menorca, another beautiful island in Spain. Offering an authentic Spanish gastronomy.

Paellas San Juan are cooked and elaborated with “the best of both worlds”, rice from Albufera, Valencia, Spain. Azafrán de La Mancha, Spain. Seafood from Westcott Bay, San Juan Island. Rabbit from Jones Family, Lopez Island. Vegetables from Blue Moon Waldorf Island. Spot Prawns from North Sounds Seafood, Roche Harbor. It is our priority to work with the best products and ingredients.

We look forward to seeing you at the Friday Harbor Farmers Market between May and October. We offer catering locally and in surrounding communities, including Seattle, reservations required.
