After being disappointed in the flavors and spice of the crawfish found in HTX, many people begged for “REAL” Louisiana crawfish. Growing up in “The Boot”, good crawfish was easy to come by! However, many “authentic” companies, have failed to satisfy. As a result, we decided HTX, and surrounding areas, needed someone to “spice up their lives!”
